Thomas R. Fuller, Board Member

Mr. Fuller focuses on oil and gas related business development. Prior to forming Diverse, he served as a consultant to an oil and gas management group representing institutional investors, and both worked for and built a personal portfolio of properties with Hillin Oil Company, a small independent. Mr. Fuller also has experience as a senior oil and gas-lending officer with First City Bank in Houston and Dallas. He began his career with Exxon. Mr. Fuller received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He currently serves as a director of Halcon Resources Corporation (NYSE: HK), Azure Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AZUR) and Rimco Royalty L.P.. He is a former Board member of the University of Wyoming Foundation and Petrohawk Energy Corporation (NYSE), which was sold to BHP Billiton for $15 billion in 2011. Mr. Fuller is also a past President of both the Houston Producers’ Forum and The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers. He is an original founder of the Diverse group of companies.
