B. Travis Basham, Board Member

Mr. Basham is a Certified Public Accountant and has held several financial and administrative positions in the Oil and Gas Industry. He began his career with seventeen years of experience with Enserch Corporation in Dallas and moved to San Antonio as Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Energy & Development Corp. in 1976, where he spent seven years. He spent three years as Chief Financial Officer with Kencope and formed an oil and gas acquisition company in 1986. Mr. Basham received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. He is an original founder of the Diverse group of companies.
